Hey, so I know officially “Easter Sunday” has been and gone, and this post is a little late, but I wanted to share this absolute babe of a dessert that we made.
My Mum had the idea of making a “Mini Egg Cheesecake” and because, well, it’s Easter and you’re allowed to be as gluttonous as you want, we decided it was a good idea. So, with help from me, the top baker, (ha, I’m kidding, I just stand around and lick the bowl), we ended up making the best dessert our kitchen has ever seen.
It looked the bomb. It tasted the bomb. I’ve never been so damn proud.

I’m just sat here imagining all the possible cheesecakes this could lead to; crunchie, smarties, oreos .. suddenly my eyes have been opened.
